We loved our stay at Even Price's 2 bedroom Ocean Front condo.

The unit was very clean, room for my son and his family and nana!!

The location of the unit was just perfect! Very close to the ocean sidewalk, pools, BBQ and lobby. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts on the patio and beautiful sunsets! The kitchen was well equipped with just about anything you would want to make any meal. Altogether exactly what I was hoping for - especially the sound of the ocean right out of the bedroom windows! Will definitely be back.

Wonderful Vacation - Kim W.

This is a beautiful location. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortably appointed with everything I needed for my trip (great bed, couch, desk, refrigerator, coffee pot, basic kitchen utensils etc.). The entire facility was immaculate and very well maintained. My room was ocean front with private patio, so I was able to start and end my day with a gorgeous, relaxing view of the ocean. The grounds were incredible and the amenities provided were great. The Marriott is located within easy walking distance of great shopping and dining and a short drive from Lahaina. I would highly recommend this location and this suite.

First time to Maui. Trip started off bad because of a 3 hour wait to pick up the rental car from Budget. Avis had a 5 hour wait. The trip from OGG airport to the Marriott was an easy drive. The Marriott and villa was as advertised online. Gorgeous condo with wonderful oceanfront views from the villa. We saw whales everyday and my sons and I snorkeled about every day right in front of the Marriott. We saw literally hundreds of tropical fish and swam with a few sea turtles. The entire staff was great. I'd book with Evan and stay again in a heartbeat. Of note, we stayed an 8th night in a smaller hotel style unit to extend our stay. I would not try to save money and do that again as we were very cramped. Evan's 2 bedroom villa is awesome. Can't wait to go back!

Best Family Vacation EVER -

Not an over exaggeration, we've been a lot of places and we really had the "Best Family Vacation EVER". The property is perfectly located and has the best wide beach. Some resorts had thin small beaches. It is perfectly located near Whaler's Village and quick distance to Front Street shops and restaurants. The resort is vast and hard to find nothing to do. The 3 pools have something for everyone, young and old. The villa was clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Something I wish I knew beforehand was that located near near the lobby is a community kitchen for all to use. This was helpful since the villas were only equipped with kitchenettes. I thought the Molokai tower was ideal due to it's proximity to the communal kitchen, laundry facility and onsite Starbucks. The parking is near Lanai Tower and Lahaina Villas, but that wasn't an issue. We used the main entrance circle drive for drop offs and loading/unloading. My husband had a cabana beach massage from the onsite Spa by the Sea which was great! We walked up and down the Beachwalk many times that week to visit other resorts and restaurants. We even walked to our meeting point for our whale watching excursion. People are into the beach lounger reserve game (6a.m. towel reserve) but only along the main pool. Even during busy Spring Break you were able to find a lounger either on the lawn or in the 2nd/3rd rows around the main pool. Don’t hesitate to book here. Also, we felt no pressure to buy a timeshare. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful vacation in Maui this summer. I started by getting in touch with Evan because we wanted to stay at the Marriott for two weeks. After considering other vendors on VRBO, I decided to go with Evan because of his initial responsiveness and his knowledge of the property. Evan is an actual owner at Marriott so that increased my comfort level as well. Evan was able to customize our vacation to our needs. Because we are a family of four, Evan recommended a unit with a full kitchen (coupled with Evan's sage advice to hit Costco when we arrived), which saved us a ton of money on food and beverages :). I also was looking to experience an oceanfront room for a week, but also save some money on my other week. Evan put us in an ocean front room for a week and an ocean view room. After I booked with Evan, he remained very responsive--answering any questions I had in a timely manner. When we arrived at the Marriott, everything was just perfect! Evan had seen to it that we were well taken care of and there we absolutely no hiccups. I definitely made the right decision to go with Evan. The rooms he provided were perfect. The ocean front had an unobstructed 180 degree view of the water and the ocean view had an excellent water view as well (my son preferred the ocean view room because he could see both Lahaina and the ocean so it was a 2 for 1 in his mind). They were clean and well maintained. Each room came with one mid-week cleaning, which was a nice bonus.

The Marriott itself is beautiful. My family loved the variety of pools and the proximity to the beach and path. We bounced between the beach and pool on many days, with the Marriott always at the ready to trade our sandy towels for fresh ones. The property has a very nice mixture of shade and sun, and there always seemed to be a welcoming hammock or lounge chair available for the taking. My wife and I enjoyed the short walk to Whalers village, and the path is very nice for jogging early in the morning (it gets a little crowded after 8 am). Honestly, I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

If you are going to Maui, I would highly recommend using Evan and staying at the Marriott. It's far too expensive to take a chance on anything else. Aloha!

Ten family members-Two awesome units! 8 adults and 2 young children. We rented an Ocean View and a Garden View! Beautiful views from both rooms along with convenient location to pools, beach, food, paddle boarding, Teralani Snorkel and Snuba, beach chair and umbrella rental, yoga, we did ALL of this and more....shopping and the best Mai Tai's.

Here's the great thing about all of this-EVAN PRICE. The booking process-painless. The check-in process-painless. We were very sad to leave, but we're coming back. Better get that Ocean View before I do!

Awesome Vaction with entire family! - Denese W.

We had 3 families 11 people all going to Hawaii (Maui Marriott) for the 1st time & I co reacted Evan & he set us up in a great 3 bedroom 3 bath condo with amazing full ocean & resort views! The time on the decks enjoying the views was the best! We had a wonderful time enjoying all the resort had to offer - beautiful pools & great dining, rented paddle boards & took a day long snorkeling cruise & the guys golfed too. We ate at Roy's on the golf course & it was excellent. We ate at most of restaurants & never had a bad meal. We rented 2 mini vans & Evan suggested stopping at Costco by the airport so we stocked up on breakfast & lunch items & there was a Krispie Kreme across the street so the boys got donuts too! We had housekeeping mid week & tipped her generously : ) We all agreed it was a perfect location & we enjoyed every minute of our time at the Marriott Ocean Club! We'd love to return now!

Westin Maui Ocean Villas - Debbie E.
We recently visited Maui over Thanksgiving. Although, we wanted a condo close to The Westin Hotel, none were available. I contacted Evan and he found a place for our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) at the Westin Villas which is a few miles down the beach. We were very happy with our room, the set up and especially, our beautiful view of the ocean. The little ones especially enjoyed all the pools and activities. The resort had a free shuttle service running every 15 minutes so we were able to get back and forth easily. We would highly recommend using Evan to help you in finding the perfect place for your vacation in Maui. We had no complaints and would definitely recommend staying here.

I've rented with Evan for a few years now. I just love the Marriott property so I've been back several times with my family. We've tried other resorts on Maui, but they really just don't match the Marriott. Each time we've been to the Marriott, I've let Evan handle renting the units for me. He is extremely well organized and very responsive. He seems to take a personal interest in the success of my vacations. He has given me good advice about the resort and things to do around the island. He's an owner of several units so he has a depth of knowledge that I have come to really appreciate. Great Place to Stay - Meghan C.

We stayed here for two weeks in February 2016 in a 2 bedroom ocean front condo. We had 3 adults, a toddler and a baby. This was a perfect place for children. The beach is steps out your door, the pools are great and the kids area is awesome. We would go back and we would book through Evan again. The Marriott is clean and in great shape. I have nothing negative to say about any part of our trip. Lahaina is a very quick drive and there are lots of buses that go back and forth if you don't have a vehicle. The Hula Grill is a great restaurant in Whaler's Village, and there are lots of fantastic dining options in Lahaina.

Best family vacation ever - Tracie

Our family recently vacationed at the Maui Marriott. I chose this destination because we had been at this resort a long time ago and was familiar with the area. However this vacation was the first time that I booked our lodging through the VRBO website. We were very fortunate to be able to work with Evan . Every step from planning our accommodations to arrival at the resort was effortless on our part. Evan explained the process leaving no questions and provided names and phone numbers of individuals who we could contact if we needed any special needs or advanced reservations. The accommodations were exceptional. The resort has great restaurants on the premises or you can find many other restaurants a short distance on the beautiful ocean walk. If you are adventurous you can surf, paddle board, kayak, or snorkel right in front of the resort or a short walk will bring you to black rock which is a great spot for snorkeling. The vacation was beyond perfect and I am very glad to have been able to plan my stay though Evan .

Our family stayed here for a week and it was a PERFECT location for us and especially our kids. My husband, 2 kids and I stayed in the one bedroom suite and the grandparents were in the adjoining room. Having two adjoining rooms was great since the grands could close off their section and not be bothered by our kids in the morning. Gorgeous oceanfront views from the huge balconies and easy access to pools, beach, etc. make this a great choice for anyone with little kids (ours are 6 and 3). Another plus was the parking spot which was included. We can't wait to go back to Kaanapali and would definitely book with Evan again.

Perfect vacation in Paradise - Larry M.

Our family had the most wonderful time at the Marriott Maui Ocean Club during our 2 week stay (first week in a Lahaina tower Ocean View Villa; second in the Lanai tower Ocean Front). Our family of 7 utilized the sofabeds (TempraPedic mattresses) for one adult and two children, which, surprisingly, were very comfortable. The kitchenette for the second week worked fine and the common use kitchen made for adequate cooking. The view from both the Ocean View Villa and the Ocean Front Suite were beautiful; each one providing a dramatic view of the ocean, islands and the majestic West Maui mountains from the Ocean View unit. The issue with the Hyatt construction in some reviews we read, turned out to be overblown. The state of the Hyatt project is to the point that it is not a problem. The staff at the resort was fantastic and they obviously love their work. The resort provides many activities for adults and children alike. My son took surfing lessons there; we snorkeled at Black Rock; we moved back and forth from beach to pool. Restaurants in the area are plentiful and Whalers Village is a pretty walk along the beach away (10 min). We loved Lahaina town, and went there several times for the shopping and food options. In summary, everything about this trip from the planning through our stay went perfectly. Evan made sure we were aware of all of our options and his payment and verification procedures made us feel very comfortable all along the way. There were no negative surprises, and we were very pleased with the entire experience. We cannot wait until we can go back!

Awesome Family Vacation 3 bedroom Oceanfront in Napili Tower - Samuel

Our entire family of 8 adults and one toddler had a wonderful experience at the Marriott's Maui Ocean Club, Napili tower. With the help of Evan Price, we were able to secure not only the week we wanted but also the perfect location for our entire family. The view, the amenities, the staff, the facilities were exemplary throughout the entire vacation. Evan was spot on with all of his suggestions and advice in meeting our unique needs. He was excellent in following through and reassuring us that we had condo we wanted and he did an outstanding job communicating with us throughout the process. His help was invaluable!! The condo was 1st class, fully stocked and even included accessibility to a pack n play and high chair. All of our needs were met, anything we requested from the staff was taken care of immediately. The bedrooms were large each having a beautiful view. The living area, kitchen and balcony allowed more than ample room for all of us to spread out and enjoy family meals together. The pool area and grass area by our tower was perfect and so was the pool bar. Our family truly enjoyed Mai Tai hour starting at 4pm. BBQ's were readily available and well maintained. We also had free parking for two cars.

Wonderful Napili Oceanfront 2 bedroom Unit - Seattle

Many thanks for the arrangements at this unit. I admit, I was a little nervous sending payment to Evan Price instead of directly to the Marriott but he came through and was most reliable and responsive. He even wrote to the Marriott a few days before our arrival to request a high floor. We were not disappointed! They assigned us an ocean front view 2 bedroom unit in the Napili tower on the top floor - 10th floor. It was superb! We had my son, his wife and daughter in the room with the bed and foldout couch. They had plenty of room in there. My older sister got a roll away in the living room, which we snugly fit between the couch and the window. She was delighted to have the living room to herself at night. My husband and I shared the master bedroom which was also comfortable. We had flat screen TVs in each room, a great kitchen for cooking, and plenty of room for everyone. The washer /dryer in the unit was a nice bonus. We were happy with the beach concessions. They provided us with weekly rentals of snorkel gear and a boogie board. We requested beach cabanas and chairs on those days we hung out on the beach. Other days we spent at the various pools. We really liked the pool at the Napili Tower. Folks in our unit could look out the window to see if we were there, and they had a nice pool bar, too. All was great and we had a most relaxing experience. We will be back!! No complaints and we got free parking, too!

Our family had a wonderful week at the Marriott Ocean Club condos. Everything went according to plan and our rooms were perfect for our family of 10. We range in age from age 2 1/2 to grandma and grandpa and there were wonderful activities for all of us. The pool was a definitely a highlight for us as was the closeness of the beach. And of course for the shoppers (and diners) we loved being within walking distance of Whalers Village. The on-site restaurants were just great for breakfast and dinner but you can't beat the Hula Grill in Whalers Village for long, leisurely, relaxing lunches! In regard to booking with the owner I so appreciate all the time and effort he spent in making our trip a good one. And now its back to reality, with happy memories and 1000 pictures.

Amazing Time in Maui - Shane
We had an amazing time in Maui and we are already planning our return trip. Thank you for all your help. You were very professional and the process worked great. I initially had some concern but that came from the prevalence of people being coerced out of their funds and I needed to be cautious.  This was from nothing you did. the process of renting a timeshare, as there is no security like renting a hotel, can be a little unnerving. 
The resort was even better this time because we were in the lahaina tower.  That two bedroom was perfect for the two families. Every part of our vacation was taken care of beautifully by the staff. Adding the DVD was nice for our kids.  There was live music that made evening pool time amazing one night . More of this would enhance the vacation.

Fantastic Trip -Neil

Our trip was fantastic!  After seeing the other resorts in Kaanapali, I can say that I wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else. The Marriott was perfect for our family. We were on the sixth floor and the view was just amazing! The pool and organized activities were great for the kids, too.

We took your advice and bought an electric griddle when we arrived, and it worked out great. In case you didn't know, the Marriott now has a nice gourmet kitchen for guests to share. We still preferred the griddle approach, but if someone wanted to cook dinner then the kitchen would work well. We did use one of the grills one night. We had to wait a while for one to become avaliable but it worked out fine.

Wonderful Maui Experience - Denese

We had a group of 11 going to Hawaii for the 1st time ever. I contacted Evan and he was a great help in securing the amazing full ocean view 2 bedroom condo with an additional adjoining room with a balcony, mini kitchenette & full bath. The condo had awesome ocean views & we loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee & breakfast & again at any break we took during the day. It was fully equipped with washer/dryer, dish washer and detergents for both. We had housekeeping mid-week and tipped her generously for our large group. Evan suggested a stop at Costco near the airport and it was the perfect place to stock up on breakfast & lunch items and we ate supper out. Our boys noticed the Krispie Kreme across the street from Costco so we also got 6 doz. donuts and went back midweek for more supplies & donuts! We were able to book a day of snorkeling, a luau, parasailing for those who wanted to, paddle boards & we SO enjoyed all the great pools and beach at the Marriott! We enjoyed shopping at Whalers Village and eating at all the local open air restaurants like Hula Grill, Tap Bar & Grill, the Hilton bar/cafe... we never had a bad meal anywhere we went! There is a Starbucks on site and next door is a place with snack items and various beverages - if you purchase an insulated Marriott mug for $35 - you get free refills any time through out your stay. Our time at the Marriott Ocean Club was our favorite 6 nights of our 11 day Hawaiian trip and we'd all LOVE to return - it's truly a slice of heaven!
